How to save screenshot
Taking a screenshot is easy and straightforward, and Windows 11 makes it even easier.
Just press your “Print Screen” button; sometimes it's labeled as "PrtScn," "Prntscrn," or "Print Scr," depending on the keyboard.

You will then see some options, including taking a screenshot of the image, recording videos, or customizing the window or shapes.
After you make the screenshot, you can paste it in Word, Excel, or anywhere you want.
But where does it save on your computer?
I used to open “Paint,” then paste my screenshot and save it to the file I want. Then I found out that Windows is very thoughtful; it already saves the screenshot for you.
It's located below the picture, in a folder called “Screenshots”; then you can see all the screenshots.
